Friday 16th January
All is going well so far, I am feeling pretty good. I have been doing some walking in the evenings, once the children have gone to bed. I haven't felt really really hungry yet, and I have been drinking more water.
The eating plan has been working well, I have found if I don't really feel like what is on the plan, I just work out the calorie count and substitute with something that I do feel like, with the same count. Easy.
The weekend is approaching and that is always a testing time, but I am determined, I will do my best.

I was looking on the internet for a program to follow and came across Strip That Fat, after reading the information I decided to give it a go. I purchased the book on the 3rd January and have read it from front to back and am now following it to lose the weight.
